We are hosting the Chris Whitley Tribute weekend & the Roots on the River 9.   We are not taking any other reservations at this time.  We may take guests for an emergency situation, i.e., funeral.  We will not take any reservations after June 8th 2008 for any reason.

Our room rates are  from $110 to $150 .   Rates are based on double occupancy.  Holidays, special events, festivals, & foliage rates are subject to change based on availability, within the specified range.  Extra persons may be accommodated in some rooms for an additional fee, usually $30 per person.

Cancellations of less than 72 hours notice will forfeit the deposit.  Cancellations of greater  than two (2) weeks notice will be eligible for a refunded deposit. minus a $25 processing fee.  During foliage season any cancellation of less than 30 days will be subject to forfeit of deposit.

We accept personal checks for advance bookings; travelers cheques, VS, MC, & AMEX at check in.  We also still accept cash.  You may reserve your room w/ a credit card & pay the balance w/ cash or a different card.  Payment in full is required when you arrive.

The Inn is open to all people of all beliefs & lifestyles; we ask that you respect all opinions & choices.

Our check-in time begins at 4 pm and closes at 7 pm.  If your schedule requires any other arrival times, please call us so we can make arrangements to suit.

The Inn is a smoke-free building, but we may permit smoking on the front porch.  There is no smoking on the grounds or in the gardens/woods.

We do have a pet friendly room, providing your pet is crate trained or has his/her own bed.  Pets are welcome for an extra $25 per night.  Cats & dogs are both welcome.  Pet room has private entrance.

If you have special dietary needs or other requests we will try to accommodate your needs.  Please call us in advance of your stay so we can be prepared.  Excessive requests may result in additional charges.
