Half a dozen mountains to choose from, downhill, cross country, snowboarding, even tubing!!

We'll feed you before you hit the slopes, too!!

Ascutney: Only 19 miles to one of Vermont's hottest slopes!  Ski & board all day!!     Less than 25 minutes from our driveway, just hop back on Rte 91N to exit 8 and you're there.     

Okemo: Awesome resort!! Ski, board, even snowshoe on 40-odd miles of trails.  Only 31.5 miles from us, about 42 minutes if it's not snowing (!)  Straight up Rte 103 to Healdville Rd, right on Chalet & left on Alpine Drive. 

Magic Mountain: All freshly spruced up by the new owners, half of you skied here when you were kids!  Magic has gorgeous trails, and this is where you can go tubing!  25 miles to Magic, 33 minutes by Rte 103 to Rte 11, then left on the L-4 access road.

Bromley: Another of the big ones, just before you get to the shopping mecca of Manchester, Bromley has   45 swooping trails to challenge your skills, all beautifully mapped on their interactive web site.   Right on Rte 103,  and just about 40 minutes north-west of us,  a truly beautiful drive to your favorite trails.

Grafton Pond: For those of you who find shooting downhill on two sticks a bit much, Grafton Pond has acres of lovely cross-country trails to meander along.  Only 20 minutes from the Inn via local 121, turn right at the ruins in Athens, and you can stop in at the Grafton Cheese factory while you're there.

Mount Sunapee, NH: With 65 trails and the highest vertical drop in New Hampshire at1510 feet (!) this is a great place to ski & board!!  Super-pipe is 650 ft with 18 foot walls and 50 ft vertical!!  And just 45 minutes away, up scenic route 12 to Claremont, east on 11 to 103 and 7 miles to the access road.  Easier than most of the slopes!!
